Vision Personnel is proud to be working with a long-standing client who has been trading for over 23 years, specialising in Reactive Maintenance across domestic and commercial properties.

The Role:

We are looking for experienced Reactive Maintenance Electrician from or local to Luton to cover a split between social housing and commercial work.

You will be expected to:

  • Carry out fault finding, inspection, testing, and installation work
  • Deliver high-quality reactive maintenance services
  • Be available for on-call rota (1 week in every 6 weeks)

On-Call Hours:

  • Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Weekends: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Area:

  • Regions: Essex, London, Kent, and the Home Counties

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition (essential)
  • 2391 (essential)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in electrical work
  • Minimum 8 years of driving experience
  • Own tools
  • Full UK driving licence

Duties Include:

  • Domestic and commercial reactive maintenance
  • Fault finding
  • Inspection & testing
  • Possible night shifts

Benefits & Pay:

  • Weekday call-out rate: £200 – £220 (DOE)
  • Weekend call-out rate: £250 – £290 (DOE)
  • Night shifts: Balloon payments of £100–£75 + day rate
  • Weekend & overtime: Paid at 1.5x agreed rate
  • Early start bonuses: £100 / £75 / £50 / £25
  • Door-to-door payment
  • Company van & fuel card provided
  • Can be paid via private limited companies
